Progality assistant pilot
Your question is processed to find the relevant approved sources and to produce an answer. This version does not store chat text or conversation history in its database; answer / no-information events are counted without content for 30 days.
AI-generated answers
When the administrator enables AI answers, your question and selected text from Progality's approved website content are sent to Luepe's service on Google Cloud and to Google Cloud Vertex AI to generate the answer. The Luepe service runs in Belgium (europe-west1); the AI model is configured to be called through Google's EU multi-region endpoint, within EU member states. Luepe does not store question or answer text in this service; only technical measurements without content (duration, number of tokens used) are kept. Google's processing of this data is governed by the Google Cloud agreement. Answers are generated automatically and may contain errors; for important matters, contact Progality directly.
Session and abuse prevention
A random session token is valid for 30 minutes and is kept in browser memory. A daily digest is derived from your IP address to apply rate limits; these counters are kept for at most 48 hours. Hostinger may separately process its own server security and access logs.
Contact requests
If you choose to send the form, your name, email address, message and separate marketing preference are kept in the admin panel for at most 90 days so your request can be answered. On progality.com your name, email address and message are also passed to Progality's own contact system, the same one its contact form uses: Progality stores the request and sends it to its team by email, and you receive Progality's usual confirmation email. Progality's privacy policy applies to that processing. Marketing consent is never pre-ticked and is not required to send a request.
Keep the deletion code you receive after sending. You can delete the live record from “Delete my request” in the chat. Records past their retention period are removed on the next server request. Hosting backups follow their own restore cycle; after a restore from backup, expired records are removed again. The backup retention period has not yet been confirmed.
Services and access
The pilot API and data are hosted on the existing Hostinger account; the AI answer service runs on Google Cloud (EU region). Administrator sign-in uses Google Firebase Authentication; the Google account email and authentication details are processed by Google during sign-in. Only the authorised administrator can see request contents in the panel. This pilot uses no advertising or analytics trackers; interface fonts may be loaded from Google Fonts.
Contact and data requests
You can make a request through the Progality contact page. Do not enter sensitive personal information or passwords in the form. This document describes how the pilot actually behaves; it is not a general data protection compliance certificate.
